prior baking experience
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
knowledge of food safety regulations
physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

produce all bakery goods and related products in an efficient manner within company policy
ensure the shift contributes to the financial best interests of the store
follow the production list and prepare key items for the evening shift and the next day
deliver great customer service to secure store's financial success
maintain compliance with health and safety standards
minimize waste and optimize productivity during shifts
engage with customers to meet their bakery needs
