Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- ability to pass background check as applicable
- possession of a current valid state driver’s license as required by location
- physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently
- willingness to adhere to company policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior bakery or food service experience is a plus
- ability to work early morning hours starting as early as 3 AM
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- attention to detail and commitment to quality
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- basic food safety knowledge
Job Duties
- Prepare bagels and other bakery items early in the morning
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment
- collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service
- uphold quality standards for food and beverages served
- support inventory management and stock rotation
