We are currently hiring for the position of Baker at our Dunkin' restaurant locations. This role is crucial for maintaining the high-quality standards and daily production of a variety of baked goods such as donuts, munchkins, muffins, croissants, and bagels. The Baker position is an overnight role typically scheduled from 8 pm to 5 am, requiring individuals who can work independently and efficiently meet production demands. This role is essential to the operational success of the restaurant, ensuring that the bakery cases are stocked with fresh and properly prepared products every day.

The Baker’s responsibilities extend beyond baking to include the upkeep of production areas, such as ovens, production equipment, freezers, floors, and walls, as well as the setup of bakery cases. Maintaining strict adherence to food safety standards is critical, including following date-marking protocols for all products. The ideal candidate for this position is highly responsible, extremely punctual, self-motivated, and organized, with an ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure. The role requires physical stamina, as it involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, bending, reaching, and walking as part of the daily demands.

Additional duties involve finishing donuts (including filling and frosting), replenishing donut cases during the morning hours, and cleaning workstations at the end of shifts. The Baker should also be ready to operate various restaurant equipment while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines required by law and company policies. Positive team interaction and a willingness to receive coaching and feedback are also important traits for success in this role.
