Job Requirements
- Be responsible and punctual
- Self-motivated and organized
- Able to stand for 4 to 8 hours
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Able to operate restaurant equipment
- Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Respond positively to coaching
- Work well under pressure
Job Qualifications
- No formal education required
- Experience in baking or food production preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow recipes and brand standards
Job Duties
- Produce donuts, munchkins, muffins, croissants, bagels and other prep products
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Operate production equipment and ovens
- Fill and frost donuts
- Stock bakery cases and replenish as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Clean ovens, production equipment, floors, walls, freezers, and bakery cases
