Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old to operate bakery equipment
- Ability to work holidays, weekends, and any required shifts
- Must be able to adapt to changes in work environment
- Ability to multitask during shifts
- Must meet uniform and grooming standards
- Ability to handle hot equipment safely
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to relocate to Mesa, AZ before starting work
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to work accurately and rapidly to meet strict deadlines
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to change
- Ability to multitask and switch roles quickly
- Meet uniform and grooming standards
- Experience working around hot equipment and handling hot pans
- Physical ability to stand, stoop, kneel, walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Work diligently and with flexibility
- Consistently produce high-quality bakery products
- Keep freezer products in order and sealed after each use
- Properly clean all dishes and pans throughout the shift
- Be extremely accurate with weights and measurements for all recipe items
- Ensure all baked goods are completed on time for opening
- Coordinate with catering manager for catering orders
- Ensure appropriate storage of baking utensils and supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment
- Use First In First Out (FIFO) rule to ensure proper rotation of stock
