Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years or older
Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in baking or food preparation is an asset
Ability to work early morning hours starting as early as 3 AM
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
Knowledge of food safety practices
Good communication skills

Job Duties

Prepare and bake bagels and pastries according to company recipes and quality standards
Stock bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
Assist with order taking and sandwich making to support excellent guest service
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the bakery and work areas
Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals
Adhere to food safety and health regulations at all times
Manage early morning bakery setup and preparation efficiently
