Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Team player
- Available for early morning shifts or evening shifts
Job Duties
- Open the bakery and prepare for the day ahead
- Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas
- Bake a variety of flavor and sizes of Bundtcakes
- Prepare custom orders
- Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary
- Follow all NBC policies and procedures
- Maintain and assist in supervision of health code regulations
