Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age or older per applicable law
- Willingness to start workday as early as 2 am
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Commitment to following food safety protocols
- Ability to handle physical demands of baking tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 2 am
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Prepare baked goods to Dunkin' quality standards
- Open the store and ensure readiness for daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery and store areas
- Manage inventory and stock supplies
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals
