Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in baking, pastry, or cake decoration preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong attention to detail
- excellent communication skills
- physical ability to stand for long hours and lift weights up to 50 pounds
- willingness to learn and accept feedback

Job Duties
- build strong relationships with co-workers and managers that create a fun and positive environment for learning and teamwork
- impress guests by providing warm, friendly interactions and maintaining a clean environment
- scale, decorate, and produce all desserts, pastries and cakes
- master all recipes and techniques while guiding new cakers through the learning process
- follow and maintain Paris Baguette and DND Group safety standards and policies
- maintain a tidy work station and keep the cake display in excellent condition
- maintain a sharp, tidy, and polished appearance
