Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age to operate certain bakery equipment
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working around hot equipment and handling hot pans
- Ability to stand for entire scheduled shifts
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
- Report to work on time
- Meet uniform and grooming standards
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high stress situations
- Willingness to offer opinions and recommendations
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in baking or food preparation a plus
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to maintain product consistency and quality
Job Duties
- Bake batches according to daily PAR and bake order sheets
- Consistently produce high quality bakery products
- Be accurate with weights and measurements for all recipe items
- Keep workstation clean at all times
- Keep freezer products in order and sealed after use
- Properly clean all dishes and pans throughout the shift
- Assist managers in determining bread levels and bake sequence
- Adhere to all safety and health code requirements including OSHA and SERVSAFE guidelines
- Complete all baking assignments in a timely manner
