Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years previous restaurant or cooking experience preferred
- must be able to frequently lift maneuver and carry up to 50 pounds
- must have tb clearance
- must have food handlers certification can be obtained after hiring
- able to work weekends

Job Duties
- mixing prepping proofing and baking croissants and other pastries
- traying up of pastries for next day bake off
- preparing croissant inclusions and garnishes
- growing value added canned goods such as jams pickles and sauces
- tracking pars and inventory
- cleaning and maintaining bakery workspace
- collaborating with butchers to create savory pastries
