Job Requirements

  • Knowledge on food producing process, sanitization, and quality program
  • knowledge on food producing technique, food microbiology, and food sanitary safety practice/procedure
  • knowledge of food safety, food labeling, and nutrition related knowledge including FDA
  • confectionery/foods major recommended
  • food handler's certificate preferred
  • effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • ability to multi-task
  • multiple priority management abilities
  • high emotional intelligence with ability to work with and manage diverse teams
  • team player who fosters collaborative teamwork environment
  • being a brand ambassador with excellent knowledge of and commitment to Paris Baguette's mission, vision, brand values and culture

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Frying donuts
  • placing toppings and decorating pastries and bread
  • carrying out kitchen operations and productions
  • baking recipes and preparing all desserts
  • managing general oven duties including checking dough conditioner
  • preparing all necessary materials and ingredients
  • scaling and shaping breads, loaves, and pastries
  • sanitizing and maintaining cleanliness of workstations and kitchen
  • organizing bread production methods
  • prioritizing and completing daily baking tasks
  • ensuring workplace safety and hygiene
  • receiving, stocking, and storing food in designated containers and storage areas
  • informing supervisors of equipment issues and supply levels
  • completing production, usage, and waste reports
  • performing other related duties as assigned
