- Prior baking experience is preferred but not required
- Interest in learning and passion for baking

- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to early morning shifts
- Availability on weekends
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with commercial baking is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Scaling wet and dry ingredients according to recipe specifications
- Baking quickbreads, scones, and breads
- Shaping a wide variety of doughs
- Training opportunities on bread mixing and baking after proficiency in bread shaping is demonstrated
- Working independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Committing to early morning shifts starting at 5:00 or 6:00 a.m.
- Collaborating with team members in the baking department
