We are currently seeking dedicated Bakers to join our winning team. As a Baker at our Dunkin’ location, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, fresh, and delicious bakery products that our customers love. Shifts begin early, typically at 4 a.m., so being punctual and ready to work on time is essential. This role requires adherence to Dunkin’ recipes and strict food safety procedures to maintain product consistency and quality. Bakers prepare a variety of bakery items while maintaining kitchen safety, cleanliness, and security standards. We welcome candidates with any level of prior work experience and offer comprehensive training to those new to the brand or baking in general.

Working in a fast-paced environment, Bakers must work efficiently without compromising the quality of products. Collaboration and communication with team members are key aspects of the role, ensuring a respectful and positive workplace. The job also involves responding constructively to feedback, demonstrating accountability during your shifts, and supporting training efforts for new team members.
