Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment
  • Ability to maintain standing position for extended periods of time
  • Ability to move, lift, and handle equipment and supplies weighing up to 50lbs
  • Dependable with access to reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work early morning shifts beginning at 4 a.m.
  • Commitment to following food safety and cleanliness protocols

Job Duties

  • Produce consistent, high quality products in a fast-paced work environment
  • Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures
  • Communicate appropriately with fellow team members, treating others fairly and with respect
  • Respond positively to feedback and direction given
  • Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift
  • Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time
  • Complete all required training and support the training of other team members
  • Follow all procedures related to cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen safety and security
  • Comply with all Restaurant, Brand, and Franchisee policies
