Job Duties
- Bake the majority of a cafe's fresh bread and pastries
- ensure all Panera products are prepared according to Panera's standards
- meet the highest standards and consistency in food preparation, sanitation, and safety
- team player
- accept responsibility for all tasks delegated by Management
- primarily work alone with minimal supervision
- perform operational activities such as stocking, prep, and sanitation
- work as a team with Management and fellow Team Members
- incorporate the concept essence and cultural values into daily operation of the bakery-cafe
- show respect for the equipment and facility by adhering to cleaning and proper operation
