Job Duties

  • Bake the majority of a cafe's fresh bread and pastries
  • ensure all Panera products are prepared according to Panera's standards
  • meet the highest standards and consistency in food preparation, sanitation, and safety
  • team player
  • accept responsibility for all tasks delegated by Management
  • primarily work alone with minimal supervision
  • perform operational activities such as stocking, prep, and sanitation
  • work as a team with Management and fellow Team Members
  • incorporate the concept essence and cultural values into daily operation of the bakery-cafe
  • show respect for the equipment and facility by adhering to cleaning and proper operation
