Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a bread maker or baker preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including lunch and dinner shifts
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen tasks
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- experience in baking focaccia or similar breads
- knowledge of dough preparation and fermentation processes
- ability to operate commercial baking ovens and equipment
- strong attention to detail and consistency in product output
- teamwork and communication skills
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- prepare focaccia dough according to established recipes and standards
- monitor dough fermentation and hydration to ensure optimal quality
- bake focaccia bread using open-hearth ovens and other baking equipment
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking station and kitchen area
- assist in inventory management and ordering of baking supplies
- collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate bread production and timing
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
