This job opening is for the position of a Baker at Einstein Bros. Bagels, a vital role that supports the core of their business — the beloved bagel. Bakers are the first in the bakery, usually starting as early as 3 AM, to prepare the fresh baked goods that customers rely upon. Their day involves turning on a podcast or their favorite music and focusing on crafting high-quality bagels that meet the brand’s standards. Besides the baking itself, Bakers have an essential role in ensuring the bakery's successful operations each shift. This includes stocking the bagel wall and pastry case, providing excellent guest service by assisting with order taking and sandwich making, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Working in a fast-paced setting, Bakers collaborate closely with team members to provide a satisfying customer experience. - ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid state issued driver's license with company policy driving qualifications where required

Job Duties
