We are currently seeking passionate Bakers to join our team. Bakers are essential to the heart of our operation – the quality and freshness of our bagels. As a Baker, you will start your day early, often as early as 3 AM, preparing our signature bagels and pastries while enjoying the sounds of your favorite podcasts or music. Your role will ensure that our baked goods meet the high standards that our customers expect every day.

A typical day for a Baker involves preparing fresh bagels, stocking the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure the availability of quality products for each shift, and assisting the team with excellent guest service, including order taking and sandwich making. Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the bakery is also a key responsibility, as we insist on a clean and welcoming environment for our guests and staff alike.
