Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard physical, mental, and visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to have constant contact and interaction with various levels of individuals daily
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts and adhere to company time and attendance policies
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Food service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to meet standard physical, mental, and visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Capable of performing routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with various individuals daily
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts and adhere to attendance policies
Job Duties
- Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times
- Maintain a positive attitude and create an atmosphere of friendliness and fun through teamwork
- Greet and speak to customers, providing prompt and courteous service
- Prepare and produce quality food and products to meet or exceed expectations
- Bake bread, rolls, pies, and cookies according to guidelines
- Complete daily production sheets and handle frozen product breaks
- Stock shelves and assist in proper product rotation in coolers and freezers
- Maintain good product dates and assist in ordering necessary supplies
- Ensure proper packaging and compliance with weights and measurement regulations
- Keep workstation and surrounding area neat and clean
- Follow the company Food Safety program
- Be cross-trained in multiple areas with varying responsibilities
