Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a bakery or kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and procedures
- Availability to work early morning shifts
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Follow proprietary recipes and procedures to bake cakes to Nothing Bundt Cakes quality standards
- Prepare cake batter, bake cakes, and monitor baking times to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain an organized and efficient baking schedule to meet daily production needs
- Ensure proper cooling, storage, and handling of baked cakes before they are frosted and decorated
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area and equipment
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Communicate with the Froster and leadership team to ensure proper cake inventory and availability
- Assist with bakery opening and closing duties as needed
