Job Requirements
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced setting
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Approximately 28-30 hours per week
- Preferably available to work 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic food safety knowledge
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake cakes following established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain consistency in cake production to ensure customer satisfaction
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- Lift and handle ingredients and supplies up to 50 pounds
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
