Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in baking or pastry making preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain bakery equipment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare a wide variety of baked goods including breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts
- Decorate cakes with attention to detail
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Ensure baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Assist in maintaining clean, organized, and stocked display cases and shelves
- Engage with customers to provide friendly service and gather feedback
- Follow food safety and hygiene practices strictly
