Job Requirements

  • Ability to bake fresh bread and pastries to cafe standards
  • Willingness to work part-time or full-time
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to different locations
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand, sit, and hear in a loud environment regularly

Job Duties

  • Bake all the fresh bread and pastries your cafe needs each day
  • Maintain high standards for flavor and quality using 100% real ingredients
  • Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
  • Help build the culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
  • Follow food safety and health safety protocols
  • Collaborate with team members and work independently as required
  • Manage time and organize tasks effectively
