Job Requirements

Some high school education or equivalent
ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions
ability to interact with customers on a friendly basis
availability to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
ability to start shifts around 2am
ability to work independently during baking shifts
physical capability to stand, walk, bend and use hands repetitively
ability to lift 10lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally
ability to work in various areas of the restaurant
ability to operate computerized point of sale systems
ability to handle exposure to food, cleaning chemicals and extreme temperatures

Job Qualifications

Some high school education or equivalent
ability to read, speak and understand English
ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions
ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
experience using point of sale systems preferred but not required
basic math skills

Job Duties

Greet customers and prepare their orders
use point of sale system and cash register to record orders and process payments
prepare food neatly, accurately and timely
explain menu items to customers cheerfully and accurately
check prep area products and restock supplies throughout shift
adhere to quality standards, formulas and portion controls
follow proper food handling, safety and sanitization standards including checking dates and temperatures
perform general housekeeping and cleaning
maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
perform light paperwork duties as assigned
