Job Requirements

  • Some high school education or equivalent
  • ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions
  • ability to interact with customers on a friendly basis
  • availability to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
  • ability to start shifts around 2am
  • ability to work independently during baking shifts
  • physical capability to stand, walk, bend and use hands repetitively
  • ability to lift 10lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally
  • ability to work in various areas of the restaurant
  • ability to operate computerized point of sale systems
  • ability to handle exposure to food, cleaning chemicals and extreme temperatures

Job Qualifications

  • Some high school education or equivalent
  • ability to read, speak and understand English
  • ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions
  • ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • experience using point of sale systems preferred but not required
  • basic math skills

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and prepare their orders
  • use point of sale system and cash register to record orders and process payments
  • prepare food neatly, accurately and timely
  • explain menu items to customers cheerfully and accurately
  • check prep area products and restock supplies throughout shift
  • adhere to quality standards, formulas and portion controls
  • follow proper food handling, safety and sanitization standards including checking dates and temperatures
  • perform general housekeeping and cleaning
  • maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
  • perform light paperwork duties as assigned
