Job Requirements
- Some high school education or equivalent
- ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions
- ability to interact with customers on a friendly basis
- availability to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
- ability to start shifts around 2am
- ability to work independently during baking shifts
- physical capability to stand, walk, bend and use hands repetitively
- ability to lift 10lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally
- ability to work in various areas of the restaurant
- ability to operate computerized point of sale systems
- ability to handle exposure to food, cleaning chemicals and extreme temperatures
Job Qualifications
- Some high school education or equivalent
- ability to read, speak and understand English
- ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions
- ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- experience using point of sale systems preferred but not required
- basic math skills
Job Duties
- Greet customers and prepare their orders
- use point of sale system and cash register to record orders and process payments
- prepare food neatly, accurately and timely
- explain menu items to customers cheerfully and accurately
- check prep area products and restock supplies throughout shift
- adhere to quality standards, formulas and portion controls
- follow proper food handling, safety and sanitization standards including checking dates and temperatures
- perform general housekeeping and cleaning
- maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
- perform light paperwork duties as assigned
