Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- able to work early morning shifts from 4am to 9am or 4am to 11am
- able to stand for extended periods
- able to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- effective communication skills
- customer service oriented
- basic math skills for inventory and waste recording
- ability to lift moderate weight
- work in person at the restaurant location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food preparation or customer service is an asset
- ability to follow detailed procedures and guidelines
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- team-oriented and reliable work ethic
Job Duties
- Follow the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure products are fresh and accurate
- adhere to product shelf life standards to maintain quality
- deliver consistent and outstanding customer service by maintaining an appealing product showcase
- enhance customer experience using Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You principles
- support speed of service targets by working quickly and efficiently in restaurant and drive-thru
- promptly execute service recovery to resolve customer complaints
- monitor fridge and freezer inventory and submit order quantities
- prepare products minimizing food waste and recording production and waste
- assist in serving guests in the restaurant front when necessary
- take temperatures of products, fridges, and freezers and log information
- clean and maintain the production area
- follow all restaurant policies, procedures and sanitation guidelines
- support a clean and organized kitchen environment
- comply with occupational health and safety legislation and use personal protective equipment as required
- report injuries, hazards, and unsafe conditions to management
