Job Requirements
- full and part-time positions available with flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- all shifts start at 4 pm
- own transportation required for potential driving to multiple locations
- minimum age 18 years
Job Qualifications
- minimum 18 years of age
- experience in baking or food preparation preferred but not required
- ability to learn baking techniques and recipes
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina to handle standing for extended periods and lifting
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Bake all the fresh bread and pastries your cafe needs each day
- maintain our high standards for flavor and quality, using 100% real ingredients
- perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
- help build our culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
- step in and support your manager and team
