Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
physical capability to perform bakery duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment
reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous bakery or food production experience preferred
knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
ability to follow detailed production schedules
strong attention to detail and organizational skills
good customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

Produce all bakery goods and related products in an efficient manner within company policy
follow the production list and prepare key items for the evening shift and the next day
focus on delivering great customer service to secure store's financial success
monitor inventory levels of bakery supplies and communicate needs to management
maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery workstations and equipment
adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
assist in training new bakery staff as needed
