Job Requirements
- Ability to stay on feet, go about, or be seated for extended time frames
- ability to shift, pull, raise, or convey items under 25 lbs without requiring aid
- capability to extend arms upwards and downwards, bend, twist, pull, and stoop to reach overhead and below the knees
- ability to engage in activities on unstable or irregular terrains such as stairs and ramps
- fulfillment of high school diploma or GED requirements
- basic baking or kitchen experience

- Fulfillment of high school diploma or GED requirements
- candidates with less than one year of related experience in baking, pastry, or kitchen responsibilities encouraged to apply

Job Duties
- Make and bake pastries, breads, desserts, and similar items according to standard recipes and presentation requirements
- weigh, blend, portion, and arrange components for daily baking operations
- properly maintain and operate baking machinery and tools with safety precautions in mind
- monitor ovens and kitchen machinery to confirm correct cooking periods and temperature controls
- comply with food safety and sanitation regulations by following guidelines for proper food storage, personal hygiene practices, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen
- follow instructions for setting up and breaking down workstation in the kitchen
- ensure food quality and consistency in every batch prepared throughout the shift
