Physically and mentally capable to operate restaurant equipment
Able to lift 30 to 50 pounds
Capable of pushing, pulling, stretching and use fingers and wrists continuously

Job Duties

Promoting a positive team environment
Arrive in a timely manner and ready in position at the start of your scheduled shift
Demonstrate respect and dignity in dealing with others including team members and guests
Follow the communication guideline established in your store
Respond positively to coaching and feedback and show passion for learning
Hold yourself accountable for your designated responsibilities on your shift
Dedicate yourself to learning and being capable of executing multiple tasks
Receive specialized training in the baking functions of the restaurant and prepare donuts and other bakery products for the restaurant
Always view guests as the highest priority and ensure guest satisfaction
Empower to respond to guest needs and resolve problems urgently
Adhere to established Brand and franchise standards and systems
Follow all safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines
Maintain a clean and neat work environment
Adhere to uniform standards
