Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in baking or a related field preferred
- Ability to operate commercial baking equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries using ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and share product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Ensure products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Assist in stocking and replenishing baked goods inventory
- Collaborate with team members to uphold store values and customer experience
