Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend, stretch, kneel and perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- ability to work around hot equipment and handle hot pans safely
- must follow all company policies and procedures
- must arrive and depart according to uniform and grooming standards
- reliable and punctual for scheduled shifts
- willingness to work Monday to Friday with weekend availability
- ability to work day shifts
- able to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- able to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations
- self-starter able to work independently
- multi-tasking skills to coordinate various stages of baking
- knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- ability to follow recipe standards precisely
- excellent organizational skills
Job Duties
- Bake batches according to the needs shown on daily PAR/BAKE ORDER sheets
- consistently produce a high quality bakery product
- be extremely accurate with weights and measurements for all recipe items
- keep workstation clean at all times
- keep freezer product in order and sealed after each use
- properly clean all dishes and pans throughout shift
- assist managers in determining current and needed bread levels and bake sequence
- strictly adhere to all safety and health code requirements
- complete all baking assignments in a timely manner
