Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a baker
Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
Ability to follow detailed recipes
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills

Previous experience as a baker in a restaurant or catering setting is preferred
Knowledge of baking techniques ingredients and equipment

Strong organizational skills to manage baking schedules and inventory

Job Duties

Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods including bread pastries cakes and cookies
Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste
Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules
