Job Requirements

Must be over 18 years of age
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds including bending and kneeling
Ability to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
Open and flexible availability
Willingness to work overnight and early morning hours
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications

Basic reading and math skills
Ability to communicate effectively with the public in a friendly, upbeat and outgoing manner
Experience in baking or food preparation preferred but not required
Ability to multi task and work independently
Ability to use and learn baking and kitchen equipment
Ability to follow strict guidelines and procedures

Job Duties

Follow site specific and brand specific procedures for offering consistent and quality customer experiences
Make a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products
Work overnight and early morning hours with little or no supervision
Complete a daily par sheet and produce quality baked goods following strict Dunkin Donuts guidelines
Maintain strict health department and company food safety standards through proper food handling and cleanliness requirements
Adjust to changing par levels and take direction
Work in other positions inside the operation and switch between positions as needed
