- relevant baking experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare breads, cookies, pastries, and fancy desserts including cake decorating
- operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- ensure baked goods meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- engage with customers and provide friendly service
- assist with inventory management and restocking
- comply with all safety and sanitation regulations
