Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in baking or food preparation preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
good physical stamina
willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
basic math and reading skills
compliance with health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

previous baking experience preferred
knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
ability to follow recipes and baking instructions accurately
strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Job Duties

Prepare breads, cookies, pastries, fancy desserts, and decorated cakes to company standards
operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
ensure all products meet quality, freshness, and safety requirements
maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
engage with customers to provide exceptional service
stock bakery products efficiently
uphold company food safety and sanitation policies
