Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior bakery experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift bakery supplies
- basic food safety knowledge
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- prior experience working as a baker or in a bakery production environment
- knowledge of bakery production techniques and food safety standards
- ability to follow production schedules and recipes accurately
- good customer service skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- basic math skills for measuring ingredients
Job Duties
- produce all bakery goods and related products efficiently within company policy
- follow the production list and prepare key items for evening shift and next day
- ensure shift contributes to financial best interests of the store
- maintain high standards of product quality and food safety
- deliver great customer service to support store success
- monitor inventory to prevent shortages and waste
- assist in cleaning and maintaining bakery equipment and work area
