- Ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
- Complete a background check
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull objects up to 25 pounds
- Capability to stand up to 6 hours
- Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Must communicate and understand directions clearly in a loud environment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training (Food Handler's Card as required by law)
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull objects up to 25 pounds

- Be an ambassador of company values such as teamwork and initiative
Job Duties
- Bake all bread selections and pastries needed daily
- Maintain high standards for flavor and quality
- Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks
- Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards
- Assist and support manager and team as needed
- Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
