Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to start work at 4:00 AM
Ability to work six days per week
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy bakery supplies
Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions accurately
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Dependability and punctuality

Job Qualifications

Ability to work early morning hours starting at 4:00 AM
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Ability to stand for long periods and lift bakery supplies when needed
Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
Previous baking or food service experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

Prepare and produce Shipley Do-Nuts products in large batches while maintaining quality and consistency
Follow established recipes and procedures to ensure all products meet company standards
Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Monitor dough, frying, and baking processes to ensure proper texture, color, and quality
Maintain cleanliness of all shop surfaces and keep cleaning supplies organized
Maintain a clean, organized baking and prep area throughout the shift
Assist with inventory of baking ingredients and notify management when supplies are running low
Work efficiently with the team to ensure products are ready and stocked for daily sales
