We are currently seeking a dedicated Baker to join our team. As a Baker at Bruegger's Bagels, you will be a vital part of the operation, responsible for crafting the signature bagels that define our brand. Bakers start their day early, often as early as 3 AM, setting the tone for the day by preparing and baking the freshest bagels. The Bakers help stock the bagel wall and pastry case each shift to ensure that customers always have access to high-quality, delicious products. The role also involves working collaboratively with other team members to deliver excellent guest service, including assisting with order taking and sandwich making.
