Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be a self-starter and able to work independently
  • must have multi-tasking skills
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • ability to bend, stretch, kneel, and stand for prolonged periods
  • ability to work safely around hot equipment
  • adherence to strict safety and sanitation standards
  • punctuality and ability to meet uniform and grooming standards
  • familiarity with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to follow strict recipe standards
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • strong multitasking skills
  • ability to work independently
  • familiarity with OSHA and SERVSAFE guidelines
  • good physical stamina

Job Duties

  • Bake batches according to the needs shown on daily PAR/BAKE ORDER sheets
  • consistently produce a high quality bakery product
  • be extremely accurate with weights and measurements for all recipe items
  • keep workstation clean at all times
  • properly clean all dishes and pans throughout shift
  • assist managers in determining current and needed bread levels and bake sequence
  • strictly adhere to all safety and health code requirements including OSHA and SERVSAFE guidelines
  • complete all baking assignments in a timely manner
