Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must be a self-starter and able to work independently
- must have multi-tasking skills
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend, stretch, kneel, and stand for prolonged periods
- ability to work safely around hot equipment
- adherence to strict safety and sanitation standards
- punctuality and ability to meet uniform and grooming standards
- familiarity with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to follow strict recipe standards
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- strong multitasking skills
- ability to work independently
- familiarity with OSHA and SERVSAFE guidelines
- good physical stamina
Job Duties
- Bake batches according to the needs shown on daily PAR/BAKE ORDER sheets
- consistently produce a high quality bakery product
- be extremely accurate with weights and measurements for all recipe items
- keep workstation clean at all times
- properly clean all dishes and pans throughout shift
- assist managers in determining current and needed bread levels and bake sequence
- strictly adhere to all safety and health code requirements including OSHA and SERVSAFE guidelines
- complete all baking assignments in a timely manner
