- capacity to stand for extended periods
- physical ability to lift and handle bakery supplies
- availability to work part-time or full-time as needed
- adherence to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food preparation experience is a plus
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- strong attention to detail and consistency
- good communication and teamwork skills
- basic math skills to measure ingredients
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bakery products according to Costco formulas
- follow standard recipes and portion controls
- maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery area
- assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- comply with food safety and sanitation policies
- support team members and collaborate effectively
- ensure quality and freshness of all bakery items
