- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings

- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- produce all bakery goods and related products in an efficient manner following company policy
- follow production list to prepare key bakery items for the evening shift and next day
- ensure shift contributes to financial best interests of the store
- deliver great customer service to enhance store's financial success
- maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery work area
- comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- assist with inventory management and ordering of bakery supplies
