Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- capable of working varied hours including early mornings as early as 3am and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable by law
- possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations
- meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food preparation experience is advantageous
- ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- effective communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- bake fresh bagels and pastries according to company standards
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case for each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making
- maintain a clean and safe store environment
- work collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent guest service
- manage early morning bakery operations effectively
- adhere to quality and safety guidelines
