Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in baking or food production preferred
- Ability to operate bakery machinery
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle kitchen tasks
- Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries
- Produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes
- Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Ensure products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- Engage with customers and provide excellent service
- Collaborate with team members to support bakery operations
