Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake a variety of bundt cakes following company recipes and standards
  • Ensure consistency and quality of cakes by measuring ingredients accurately and monitoring baking processes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery workstations and equipment
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to comply with local and federal health regulations
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking ingredients as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and maintain bakery efficiency
  • Provide excellent customer service by supporting front-of-house staff when necessary
