Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of bundt cakes following company recipes and standards
- Ensure consistency and quality of cakes by measuring ingredients accurately and monitoring baking processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery workstations and equipment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to comply with local and federal health regulations
- Assist in inventory management and restocking ingredients as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and maintain bakery efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service by supporting front-of-house staff when necessary
