Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery work areas
- Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure timely preparation of baked items
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering baking supplies
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support overall food service operations
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
