Prior baking or food production experience preferred
Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

Produce all bakery goods and related products efficiently within company policy
Follow production list and prepare key bakery items for evening and next day shifts
Ensure each shift contributes to the financial best interests of the store
Maintain high standards of quality and food safety
Deliver excellent customer service to support store financial success
Clean and maintain bakery equipment and work areas
Monitor inventory and report supply needs
