Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in baking or food production preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must comply with food safety regulations
- Must be able to follow company policies and procedures

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes

Job Duties
- Produce all bakery goods and related products efficiently within company policy
- Follow the production list to prepare key items for the evening shift and the next day
- Focus on delivering great customer service
- Ensure the shift contributes to the financial best interests of the store
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- Monitor product quality and freshness
- Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment
