Job Requirements
- Basic math and use of timers
- Common sense skills with equipment and safety
- Ability to remain calm and troubleshoot issues swiftly and effectively
- Basic English reading and writing skills preferred
- Prior baking experience is a plus
- Must have the ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Bending and lifting up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Manage bagel production from freezer to finished product efficiently following THB systems and standards
- Manage time and daily routine to meet needs at the opening hour and throughout the day
- Announce hot bagels to team and guests throughout the shift
- Maintain and clean bakery equipment to ensure proper functioning at all times
- Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to safety standards
- Assist team members during busy periods as needed
- Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate supply needs
