Job Requirements

- Baking experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and baking procedures
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Prepare breads, cookies, and pastries according to established recipes and quality standards
- Decorate cakes and desserts with artistic skill
- Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and effectively
- Interact with customers to provide excellent service and answer product inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery workspaces, display cases, and shelves
- Ensure all baked products meet freshness and safety standards
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
