- Ability to operate bakery equipment such as ovens and mixers
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts
- Decorate cakes and other bakery items
- Operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery display cases and shelves
- Ensure all baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers
- Collaborate with team members to support bakery operations
